At this time, Countryside K-9 LLC is designed for medium to large breed dogs. Therefore, dogs must weigh at least 30 pounds. For safety reasons, we feel with only one area for play, that smaller dogs may not be able to withstand the rougher play of the larger dogs.

EVALUATION:

We will set up an appointment to perform an evaluation with you and your dog to make sure they are social enough for daycare. Please download the enrollment forms using the link below and bring them along with your proof of vaccinations to your evaluation. There is a one-time, $20.00 non-refundable application and screening fee for each dog.

 

SHOTS:

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit documentation from their vet proving current vaccinations against DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella, as well as a negative fecal test in the past 12 months. All dogs must be spayed or neutered. We recommend dogs be treated with a monthly flea/tick preventative.

 

HEALTH:

All dogs must be in good health.  Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 3 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests, and/or makes them susceptible to incurring injuries during play with other dogs. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 3 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.

 

BEHAVIOR:

All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). We ask that dogs be well mannered. We are happy to utilize any specific commands you are using to help train your dog. Please remember your dog will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of all the dogs is our main concern.

 

FEES:

Fees are based on a pass plan. A pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

DAYS AND HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm. Dogs can be dropped off as early as 7:30 and picked up as late as 5:30. The Daycare is not an overnight facility.

RESERVATIONS: REQUIRED.

Space is limited to only 15 dogs per day. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees.
