Policies of Countryside K-9 Doggie Daycare

To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations.

AGE:

All dogs must be at least 7 months of age or older.

WEIGHT:

Countryside K-9 is designed for medium to large breed dogs. Therefore, all dogs must weigh at least 30 pounds. For safety reasons, we feel that smaller dogs may not be able to withstand the rougher play of the larger dogs.

SEX:

All dogs must be spayed or neutered.

SHOTS:

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit documentation from their vet proving current vaccinations against DHLPP, Rabies and Bordetella, as well as a negative fecal test in the past 12 months. All dogs must be treated with a monthly flea/tick preventative.

HEALTH:

All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 3 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests, and/or makes them susceptible to incurring injuries during rowdy play with other dogs. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 3 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.

BEHAVIOR:

All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Also, any chronic nuisance-type behavior (i.e. continual barking, jumping, etc.) will require the dog stop coming to daycare until the behavior is corrected. We are happy to utilize any specific commands you are using to correct certain behaviors. Please remember your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.

APPLICATION:

All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved application on file. There is a one-time, $20.00 non-refundable application and screening fee for each pet.

FEES:

Fees are based on a pass plan. A pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Additional dogs are $12.00 per day, per dog.

DAYS AND HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm. The Daycare is not an overnight facility. Transportation provided in the Hudson, NH area for $2.50 each way.

RESERVATIONS: REQUIRED.

Space is limited to only 10 dogs per day. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees.
